This year’s edition will feature four prominent international teams: Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Jamaica and India. The squads are set to compete across two intense semi-finals, culminating in a highly anticipated finals day between May 26 and May 30 at Charlton Athletic’s iconic home ground.
The tournament action begins on Tuesday, May 26, with an opening semi-final clash between Nigeria and Zimbabwe.
The excitement continues on Wednesday, May 27, as Jamaica takes on India, all leading up to the third-place play-off and the grand final on Saturday, May 30.
Tournament organisers have warmly welcomed the prestigious FIFA Tier 1 status, noting that it ensures all fixtures carry full international recognition under FIFA regulations.
The designation elevates the stakes while continuing the Unity Cup’s powerful legacy of celebrating football, culture, and diaspora communities in London.
Nigeria enters the tournament as the team to beat, having won the last edition by defeating Jamaica on penalties following a thrilling 2–2 stalemate in the final.
