The Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, has declared that his administration has successfully fulfilled the core promises outlined under his signature “ARISE Agenda.”
Speaking on the strides made so far, the Governor noted that his government has delivered on key commitments aimed at transforming the socio-economic landscape of the state and improving the livelihoods of its citizens.
Governor Eno made the declaration during his third anniversary inaugural address. Reflecting on the milestones achieved under his leadership, he highlighted significant breakthroughs in infrastructure, rural development, and social welfare programs, reassuring residents that these achievements are merely the foundation for greater things to come.
Looking toward the future, the Governor assured the people of Akwa Ibom that his administration is prepared to execute even more developmental projects if given the mandate for a second term in office.
He emphasized that continuity in governance would allow the state to fully realize the long-term vision of sustainable growth mapped out in his development blueprint.
Ahead of the upcoming 2027 general elections, Governor Eno also issued a passionate appeal to the citizens of the state to remain peaceful, united, and law-abiding.
He strongly urged residents to avoid any actions or rhetoric capable of disrupting the relative peace and stability currently enjoyed across the state’s various communities.
Concluding his address, the Governor reiterated his administration’s unwavering commitment to delivering robust infrastructure, enhanced social services, and expanded economic opportunities.
He called for continued public support and cooperation, stressing that collective unity is essential to consolidate ongoing projects and drive Akwa Ibom State into a new era of prosperity.
