The Akwa Ibom State Government has once again received high praise for the rapid pace of development recorded under the current ARISE administration.

The state’s strategic approach to governance has continued to draw attention from key national figures, cementing its reputation as a hub for infrastructural transformation.

The latest commendation comes from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bianca Ojukwu, who lauded the State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, for what she described as “unprecedented development” across the state.

The Minister expressed her admiration for the administration’s visionary leadership, noting that the visible progress speaks volumes about the government’s commitment to its people.

Minister Ojukwu gave the applause following an extensive tour of several key infrastructure projects within the state.

Among the landmark sites visited were the ARISE Palm Resort, the Ibom Convention Centre, the Ibom Hotel, the Medical City, and the Senior Citizens Centre, all of which showcase the administration’s diverse developmental focus.

Reflecting on her tour, the envoy described Governor Umo Eno’s approach to state development as both holistic and worthy of emulation by other leaders across the country.

She emphasized that the integration of social welfare, tourism, and healthcare infrastructure sets a benchmarking standard for sustainable governance.

Ojukwu was in the Akwa Ibom State capital to attend an orientation seminar organized by the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The high-profile event was put together for newly appointed ambassadors-designate who are preparing for their deployments to various African countries.
